ArctX LLC achieved ISO 9001:2015 Certification of the Quality Management
At ArctX LLC, we are proud to announce that we have been certified with the ISO 9001:2015 certification! This certification is a testament to our commitment to increasing product quality and customer satisfaction. ISO certification is only achievable through a commitment to excellence, and this certification indicates that ArctX LLC is meeting and exceeding industry-standard quality standards.
Our success would not have been possible without the cooperation and dedication of each and every one of our process owners. This is a team of detail-oriented enthusiasts who took a professional approach to their work, learned, shared ideas, and cooperate to reach one mutual goal.
To ensure that our process owners are well-equipped and trained, we have organized a workshop for them. This workshop covered the concepts and principles of the ISO 9001:2015 standard and helped our process owners gain the necessary skills and experience to carry out effective audits. Upon completion of the workshop, 6 process owners were selected as internal auditors and they will be certified by CB and work as a committee with the QMS to maintain the internal audit process at ArctX.
