Talent Acquisition Specialist

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for the organization of the talent acquisition process and policies, this includes coordinating, sourcing, identifying, attracting, interviewing, and selecting top talent for the organization to build a highly skilled and diverse workforce that aligns with the Company business goals through ensuring a seamless and efficient hiring process. They are also responsible for organizing and following up the onboarding process and procedures for newly hired employees.

Responsibilities

 

  • Design and implement talent Acquisition processes and policies, as well as constantly update and improve them.
  • Prepare Job ads and announcements, as well as coordinate with responsible parties for posting on various recruitment and social media platforms.
  • Identify potential candidates through various channels, such as job boards, social media, networking, etc..
  • Review resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
  • Conduct initial screenings and interviews to assess candidates’ skills, qualifications, and cultural fit.
  • Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
  • Prepare job offers and negotiate terms as needed.
  • Execute onboarding database and assign tasks and responsibilities to concerned parties.
  • Conduct onboarding and orientation sessions for new hires and provide ongoing follow-up to ensure successful integration into the organization.
  • Analyze recruitment metrics and data to assess the effectiveness of the process.
  • Contribute to the annual hiring plan and hiring strategy creation.
 
Requirements and skills
 
  • Proficiency in ATS platforms (Odoo, other)
  • Familiarity with sourcing platforms like LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, and job boards
  • Proficiency in talent assessment tools
  • Knowledge of creating diverse and inclusive hiring strategies
  • Excellent knowledge of English and Armenian
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Advanced interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Accuracy and high standards of work ethics
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to use data to track recruitment metrics
  • Ability to work in a multicultural environment
  • 2 + years of experience in relevant field
