Korean Marketing Junior Specialist

We are currently looking for a Korean Marketing Junior Specialist, who will be responsible for creating and managing content across various communities and platforms in Korean. This role involves engaging with the Korean-speaking audience and supporting marketing campaigns. 

Responsibilities
 
  • Actively engage in online communities, forums, and social media groups relevant to the brand’s industry,
  • Initiate and maintain meaningful conversations with community members to foster strong relationships,
  • Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries, comments, and messages, ensuring a positive and engaging experience,
  • Adapt and tailor content to align with the specific style, tone, and preferences of various platforms and target audiences,
  • Manage community-related accounts, ensuring they are active, well-maintained, and aligned with brand objectives,
  • Receive and deliver all necessary information among colleagues during the work cycle,
  • Regularly create, curate, and share high-quality content that resonates with the audience and strengthens the brand presence,
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to brainstorm and develop creative ideas for posts, threads, and community-driven discussions,
  • Consistently promote and represent the brand across multiple platforms, ensuring messaging remains consistent and engaging,
  • Stay informed on trending topics and relevant conversations, integrating the brand into these discussions when appropriate,
  • Share feedback and insights from the community with relevant team members, ensuring information flow throughout the organization,
  • Perform other duties related to community engagement and marketing as assigned by the team or management.
 

Requirements and skills

    • Korean language TOPIK 2 or higher,
    • English language B1 or higher,
    • Knowledge of creating compelling content for different types of digital media,
    • Time management, multitasking, fast learning skills,
    • Exceptional communication skills both written and verbal,
    • Interpersonal and team working skills,
    • Social Media Management,
    • Market research.
